Shaanxi Tongchuan Hongtu Town Egg Chicken Breeding Project
Recently, the installation of equipment in Mr. Chen's chicken coop in Hongtu Town, Tongchuan, Shaanxi is nearing completion. On August 25th, the mayor of Tongchuan City, the director of Tongchuan Animal Husbandry Bureau, and other personnel also arrived at the construction site for guidance and visits, and also received on-site interviews from television stations.
Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Chen for choosing Zhengzhou Yuanzhuo Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Equipment Co., Ltd. As of now, the complete set of fully automated frame style egg and chicken cages in the chicken coop has been installed. This chicken coop is 84 meters long and has 5 high-rise frame style egg and chicken cages installed, with a feeding capacity of up to 50000 chickens. The entire set of equipment is made of 275 grams of galvanized sheet. Each frame style egg and chicken cage has a width of 600mm, a depth of 625mm, and a height of 670mm. Each door can hold 8 chickens, and the floor area of each chicken is strictly designed according to international standards of 450mm ² per chicken. The egg picking machine adopts a Y-shaped egg picking hook, which is made of high material and has great elasticity, greatly reducing the egg breakage rate. At the same time, it is equipped with a soft egg filter, greatly saving selection time.
The equipment selected by Mr. Chen can achieve fully automated breeding, which not only increases the breeding volume but also reduces labor costs. At the same time, this equipment is also the preferred environmentally friendly and ecological way of raising chickens in recent years. Although there are a large number of chickens raised, the cleaning and egg collection of the entire chicken coop can be easily completed by only two people, achieving the goal of raising 50000 chickens with ease for two people. Although the investment in this equipment is high, the return on investment in the later stage is also high, and it also saves a lot of manpower for Mr. Chen.
